From filing claim to receiving check over 4 months. Don’t know if that is good or bad based on the average time for this industry but felt rather long to us.

It did not cover the fact that part of our trip burned with Canadian Forest Fires and we were given a poor option by tour company...but because we had an option I was told it would not be covered under insurance.

It was easy to purchase the policy. The price was reasonable compared to other plans. It had the coverage I was seeking. Thankfully I did not have to use the policy so I cannot comment on Generali Global Assistance's services.

i tried making a claim because the airline delayed our baggage and caused us to miss our flight but when i tried making a claim the woman i was assigned took hours to get back to me with new flight times and the prices were bad too.
