I did not file a claim, but was satisfied with coverage for the price.

The travel insurance was good to have but didn't have to use it because there were no issues.
Trip went on as planned.

The price was much cheaper than competing prices yet the coverage was comparable.

It is difficult to tell if we are satisfied with the plan when we didn't have to use it. But we are grateful we didn't have to use it. :-) I do wish for domestic travel there were policies that did not include all the medical and only covered those things we needed to cover such as unrefundable deposits and required pre-pay costs that were lost.

Great coverage. Easy to understand.

I am happy we did not need to use it but I felt confident if we needed to cancel or use medical assistance out of the country I felt very safe and covered.

I was lucky and didn't need the insurance. Almost lost my wife's luggage but it was found 5 hours after we had left port.

Traveling with an 80 year old who is in great health. Weather can also be a factor, so wanted coverage for trip. Everything went as planned but was very glad to have the coverage if there was a delay coming back.

I purchased the insurance before my trip. I had no problems and did not have to use it but as the saying goes better safe than sorry.
