It was a good reasonable plan. Will use this company in the future

Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim, but I'm glad I had the coverage.

Luckily this was yet another travel protection plan that I purchased but did not need to file a claim on, but it was there if needed, and that's the best situation each and every time. Great coverage at a good price, and I would readily repeat the purchase. Easy to recommend.

I'm glad I didn't have to make a claim, but it was reassuring that I had a travel protection policy that met my needs, just in case.

I could not access my plan on my app like I usually can for some reason and of all times, this time I did not print it out and bring it with me so I had no access to the policy. I sent an email to y'all to see if you can help me access it but never heard back from anyone and was not where I could make a phone call to someone about it. It was rather disappointing in that respect, as I usually have great service with your company.

It’s kind of bogus to do a survey on a company that I didn’t have to put in a claim. Therefore, I don’t know their customer service and what they’re really like.

My daughter and I truly needed this extra protection during this long Civil rights tour. We need a vacation from that vacation. So glad we decided to buy Berkshire Hathaway.

We did not need to use the insurance but always good to know we had it.

Like the coverage. But I question exactly how many people cash in on these travel policies for the price? You do it for peace of mind, but it seems like the price is could be lower. They seem to be still running off of those COVID fears.
