I had to cancel my trip however per the policy, it wasn't a covered reason and it was difficult to get in touch with someone. Lost over $300+.

I wanted the million dollar coverage but thought it was too expensive. The only reason I selected your company was because I couldn't find the other company I went with the last time I took out a million dollar coverage.

We were traveling in Tanzania and missed a domestic non-refundable flight. I submitted the claim form and documentation and we were reimbursed within 3 weeks. The process was seamless and painless and we will use Berkshire Hathaway again . Thank you

Claims take 8 to 10 weeks for the initial review and then they will get back to you if they need more information. I shudder to think if their was a real emergency and you needed them ASAP. Actual reimbursement time was less than 4 weeks so review updated.
