For my policy, would have liked to see an option to increase my auto rental insurance coverage. $35K would only cover sufficiently the smallest of the compacts.

HTH Worldwide Trip Protector Classic
The cost skyrocketed when I made a destination change from overseas to remain in the USA. I thought it might be less since I'm staying within the USA, but guess not. I spoke with staff who gave me different increase rates. I get that having insurance is very important so I guess this is the price consumers have to pay.

HTH Worldwide TravelGap Excursion
No flexibility with the trip time. I didn't know how long I'm going to stay ahead of time, so in the end I've returned 11 days earlier without any way to recover $ for those unused days.

As far as lost items go the exemptions list is ridiculously long. Basically nothing is covered lol. Good from the health perspective but as far as personal property you need to get a better plan
