The plan coverage appears to be very good. Since I have no experience filing a claim, I cannot rate the process of using this product. I would purchase this product again for similar travel in the future.

We filed a claim on 11/2/17, claim was paid in full on 12/5/17. We received clear instructions via email as soon as we notified the carrier. The only issue, which was pointed out to the carrier: the look back period per the policy was 60 days, the claim for stated the look back period was 90 days. This descrepancy did not affect our claim.

www.insuremytrip.com is an awesome way to purchase your MUST NEEDED travel insurance. I LOVE the fact that there is a "cafeteria" choice......check off the coverage(s) YOU want, and get multiple policies to choose from. In addition, some policies give you additional options to increase value in various areas, to meet YOUR needs. Don't leave home without insurance when traveling abroad!!! You can't afford NOT to be covered in the event of an unplanned accident or illness.

I want to thank Cindy of IMT for her very nice service in securing a refund for a policy I took out and then cancelled because I was kicked out of the trip because of my age. Kudos! AND, I went back to HTH for another policy for a subsequent trip.

Nice to know that I was covered even though I did not use it this time. In the past I once had to file a claim and it was quickly dealt with. Would not travel internationally without this coverage.
