Was unfortunate that I had to file a medical claim, the process took a little bit but overall was very smooth and was reimbursed for my doctor visit during my trip.

The claims process with WorldTrips is very difficult and cumbersome. They take several weeks to respond for any type of communication or after submitting more documentation. Their online portal is not very user friendly and is in need of an update.

I bought the trip insurance for myself and husband. My husband was not able to go on the trip due to an illness. I was not able to receive a refund for my husband.
