Amazing price and great service. Luckily I didn't need to file a claim, but I had a question one time, called the number, spoke with a human, and got a succinct answer almost immediately. Would use again.

It was an affordable plan that provided excellent coverage. The ease and convenience of purchasing the policy was amazing!!!!! I am very satisfied, and will definitely use again.

Very dissatisfied with this insurance company.
I submitted a claim over 4 months ago. For an illness while traveling. Costs under 900 USD.
Okay... so I submitted the documents. I'm waiting for months, then finally they come to a conclusion and issue a settlement. Okay....
So, I login to see the details, and when I see the final settlement, they issued me a check.
What? I'm based in Europe, there's no way for me to cash a USA check. But the problem is, when I submitted the claim, I very clearly asked for a wire, and I wrote down my bank details, there in the form.
Okay, so I contacted them, and for over 40 days, they keep ignoring me and so far they don't want to issue a wire.
???? Is this some kind of clever way to not pay settlements?
4 months total in waiting and they still can't deal with my claim.
I'd say try other insurance companies, definitely not this one.

It was easy to see our options and the prices were competitive (with AAA for instance). I knew we could call them from anywhere in the world any time of day or night. We never needed to show or use the policy yet it was ready the entire 5 month trip.

Insure my trip offers great value for the coverage and deductible. So far I haven’t filed a claim yet. I am planing on keeping that way. It gives us great peace of mind to not having to worry too much if there was an unfortunate event.
