Obviously one can’t make a full judgement on a plan unless they actually have to activate it in a crisis. Then a true evaluation can be made ie did the plan cover the costs of the crisis? How challenging was it to work with the insurer to recoup the costs associated with the crisis, etc

After the initial signing up, there was no further communication from the Insurance co at all other than this requested review! Some communication during the month period would have been better even if no claims were made.

Reasonable cost for great coverage. Thankfully, we had no claims.

Lucky me, I did not have to actually use this insurance but the peace of mind at such a reasonable cost was soo very worth it.

It was the cheapest plan we could find that provided the required coverage for travel to Thailand. Did not have any issues with the provided insurance documents for entry.

Will most likely use it on the next trip

Rescheduled my trip due to level 4 Covid19 rating and non travel advisory to my destination. I had to temporarily cancel/defer my trip & coverage policy to be rebooked later this year. Your company could not have been more helpful, professional & understanding. Certainly a rarity these days. I will be taking out coverage again at that time.

It was very easy to fill out. I did have a question because it seemed like the price was too low. They had a live chat available, and I was reassured what I was doing was correct and the price was accurate!!

Love this plan but did not even file a claim as it would have been below my deductible.
