Very hard to review something you did not have to use. I will continue to use this service as needed and hope that if and when I do have to use it, service and coverage will meet expectations.

I didn't need the insurance, but it's a big peace of mind.

Needed to have Covid Medical Coverage for a last minute international trip. WorldTrips provided medical and additional coverage for a very reasonable price. Did not need to use any of the coverage so I am not able to comment on how well WorldTrip provides service.

Plan was purchased specifically for COVID quarantine coverage on a tour to supplement medical and other travel coverage already provided. The plan was affordable. I did not have a claim so can't review their Customer Service or Claims Process.

I have purchased the WorldTrip Atlas International insurance plan twice this year for my trips to the Cayman Islands. I am happy to say that I did not need the plan, however, it was nice to know it was there in the event it was needed — peace of mind is a wonderful thing.

The policy was easy to locate on line and to compare with similar plans from various sources. The price was fair. Fortunately nothing adverse occurred and I did not have cause to file a claim. One cannot know how well the insurance coverage works until it is needed. An elderly lady in my travel group fell and broke her hip while in a foreign country. She was air evacuated back to Texas for surgery. She had neglected to purchase any travel health insurance and paid what had to be a considerable sum for the air ambulance services. I was glad that I had coverage I did not need.
