It was a good peace of mind. It was a requirement for my travel to Thailand but it never really came up with the airline and hotel reservation. The price was reasonable and was the minimum I needed to get through my booking. Everything was reserved smoothly and quickly with Insuremytrip.

Do not use the policy. But at some point during the trip I felt bad and called the telephone assistance. They treated me very well

Our trip to Chile required special coverage for Covid in the amount of $30k per person. The insurance provided by our cruise operator did not satisfy this requirement. World Trips Atlas Plan to the rescue! Exactly what we needed at a great price point. Chilean authorities turned away many passengers with inadequate insurance and they were immediately deported. Our plan with World Trips was easily accepted. Whew! Great plan, great price.

This plan is excellent to complement my existing health insurance. The provision of the Visa doc sped the process with my wife Visa application.
However, the web portal is buggy. It captured my wife nationality incorrectly. When the error was raised to the CS team, they tried to correct. In the end, my wife coverage was cancelled and a new policy had to be purchased separately.
This is a real inconvenient and waste of time. Please put product quality as a priority

The insurance certificate needs to specifically say it covers Covid related claims. I was denied boarding for my flight to Chile because the statement wasn’t on the proof of insurance. I got a screen shot from your web site to convince the agent.
