They have zero customer service.
Their website is awful and doesn't work.
It's even almost impossible just to register on their website and to even login.
Then the claim process is hell, and when they finally come to a conclusion for a claim, they literally don't even inform you. No message, no email, no phone call. Nothing.
Absolutely the worst of the worst.

I was very grateful for your help. I stayed over in the UK far longer than expected due to my brother's illness. Your staff were extremely helpful whenever I spoke to them.

My wife goes home each year to Japan. Medicare stops on overseas trips, so this covers her in the event of an accident in Japan. We have, thankfully, never needed it, but it is there in case we do. It is, as the name implies, "insurance.'
