Applying and completing the proper enrollment forms was simple, with the help of good representatives at your office. It was comforting to know we had coverage while away despite, thankfully, not using it.

I object to the hard-sell from the insurer. During and after completion of the Trip, the insurer repeatedly sent emails attempting to solicit renewal of the policy. The policy was a single-use term, so why was the insurer trying to get me to renew the policy? If I had not paid close attention, I might have purchased something unnecessary.

Had peace to know if something had happened it was there for my use.

All documents and plan details were in order and satisfied all my travel insurance requirements.

Fortunately I never needed to test the plans true effectiveness or value but knowing I had it as my backstop was reassuring. Especially when very few if any of our usual insurance underwriters wouldn’t cover travel to two of the three countries I needed to visit. Yes, I would use this plan again.

I did not need to use the plan, so I am unsure if I had needed it everything would have been covered and paid out.

I sent an email about a potential incident but didn't get my question answered and the details I needed. I only received a copy and paste of the insurance policy, which I already had.

I didn’t need the insurance this trip which I’m grateful for but it was nice to know it was there had I needed it!

According to them the only thing that's covered is if you drop dead or immediate family member drops dead for trip interruption. My trip was interrupted to unforeseen medical emergency that prolonged my trip for me and had to stay in Mexico to released by doctor. When I call them the guide me they basically said too bad so sad. On a recorded line supposedly. So don't get fooled by what you read that they cover cuz they don't it's a scam . Do your homework before you purchase.
