The purchasing experience was easy. The rates were competitive. However since I did not make a claim, I cannot comment on the true value and responsiveness of the company.

How should I know?? You buy a plan like this and hope you'll be compensated in the event you need it.

Thankfully no need to file claim but policy covered what we were worried about at good cost

While fortunately I didn't end up needing the plan, it was nice to know that I had it.

I just bought it because I needed it for a river rafting tour I had signed up for. But I feel confident that had anything happened, I would have been in good hands.

Thankfully I did not have to make any claims but was good to know that I was covered and the sign up process was a breeze! Would use it again!

I felt quite comfortable, relieved and confident that had I had had a medical problems I would have been protected with coverage for medical assistance.

I never needed to use my insurance, so it's hard to give it a proper rating. It was reassuring to know it was there.
