I am fortunate that I did not need to file a claim, but in all honesty, I find it hard to recommend an insurance company without proceeding through the important process of filing a claim. I must add though, that I have purchased trip insurance through InsureMyTrip.com numerous times and their staff has always been very informative and helpful!

Bought the medical plan to cover my trip to Europe. Like their friendly service and adviser's suggestion. The cost is very reasonable. Will be back for my future trips for sure.

The ability to review, compare and select a plan from a wide variety of offerings is very helpful, particularly if you are over 65. Fortunately, we didn't have to make a claim so that aspect is an unknown. It would be even more helpful if insuremytrip had a separate (or easily accessable) listing of reviews for those who went through the claim process.
