Since we did not need to use the policy, I have no idea if I would be satisfied with the coverage. However, having used an insurance policy in the past, for trip delay, I highly recommend purchasing a policy, and reviewing all of the clauses of what is covered and what is not.

I think we would have more details on the plan if we would have had to make a claim. All information provided was acceptable. We felt confident enough that we booked all rooms non-refundable and used the savings to insure our entire trip.

Customer service was helpful and coverage was reasonably price. I understand why my coverage did not apply to my circumstance according to the contract, but do not agree with it. My honeymoon trip was only five days instead of ten due to a category 4 hurricane hitting the island we were on. We proactively left the island four hours before they closed the airport due to the storm in the coming hours, as to not get trapped there or injured. Since we were proactive and our stay technically was not "delayed", it was not covered.

Bought this very basic plan due having an elderly mother who had been in hospice care for months. She passed away 2 days before the trip was to begin. We filed the claim, provided the requested materials, and a check was deposited in less than 4 weeks. Very easy to talk to and very sympathetic to my situation. Would not hesitate to buy from this company again.

The plan was reasonably priced and provided the coverage I needed.
I did have to file a claim and it was handled fairly and to my satisfaction.
The only negative that I can say is that the correspondence after filing the claim was totally absent, until the claim was approved.
I was not notified that the claim was received, no status of the claim along the way and no real idea as to when it would get reviewed.
Outside of the communication issue, everything else went great.
