We never needed to us the benefits of the plan.

I didn’t make a claim since I didn’t get sick thanks God but I feel that the coverage I bought was sufficient for what I needed just in case.

We didn't need to use it so have no reflections on the quality or claims process. It is just essential to your peace of mind to know if something does happen, you are covered. Easy to by what we wanted. very clear policy. The only drawback is typical of insurance, a mile of paperwork they send you.

Took the plan information with me. I felt confident that I was appropriately covered. I cannot speak to the process of putting in a claim since I’m not planning on it. I hope that if I had a claim, it would be processed quickly.

Fortunately, we didn’t have to file a claim, but the coverage gave us peace of mind in case of any issues while we traveled.

When my Mother had a stroke and soon went into Hospice and was brought home to my house, i contacted the travel insurance company to request a refund well before my trip was to start. My mother's doctor provided a letter stating I was her primary care giver. They denied my refund request. I think this is horrible, inhumane and egregious.

We had no need to make a claim. Therefore we cannot evaluate the responsiveness of this insurance company. However, it was important for us to have coverage , given our age.
