The plan was ideal since there was no need to file a claim. We always buy trip insurance and have never filed a claim.
The one thing the company could do is reward customer loyalty by offering a discount on future trip insurance plans. That way we would look for that company’s plan on future trips.

Due to a grave illness of my wife, this trip was cancelled before departure. I was very pleased that the company provided a voucher for a future purchase in the full amount of our purchase.

Fortunately, we did not need to use the travel insurance we purchased, but it was worth having the peace of mind that we would be covered in the event that we did. The only thing I wish we could have included was rental car insurance - because we had to rent a 4x4 jeep on the island we visited, Jeeps were not covered under rental insurance. But aside from that - which is somewhat understandable - we had a great experience and enjoyed knowing we were covered for everything else. Would definitely purchase again the next time we go on a big trip.

I didn’t have need of the insurance service, so cannot rate how well it worked for me beyond the satisfaction I felt knowing it was in place, in the even I needed medical service.

We obtained the plan primarily for medical insurance for international travel, but was injured immediately before our trip and unable to travel. The claim filing process including uploading files is somewhat cumbersome and redundant, but our claim was processed quickly and fairly with no complaints. I can't ask for more than that.
