I was misinformed when I took out the policy. I was not told that I would not be covered for cancellation prior to the trip due to illness. My wife and I develop Covid prior to and we were not covered

Thankfully, we did not need to file a claim against this policy, but it gave us peace of mind.

I bought the insurance prior to a trip to Canada. On the day of the trip, my husband had severe gastroenteritis, and was unable to travel. I called the insurance to check on coverage, I was told there would be no reimbursement for airfare if the airline offered any voucher for further travel. The airline did offer a voucher for travel to be completed within a 10 month period. We have no plans for immediate travel. However, that voids any reimbursement from the insurance I purchased. It wasn't worth the coverage in my experience.

I couldn't believe the protection my plan provided for all the "what ifs" at a very reasonable cost. It was a comfort that made my trip more enjoyable!

Thankfully did not need to file a claim but appreciate the peace of mind knowing it is there if we need it.

Plan seems good but you never really know until you have to file a claim.

Bought it, covering 5 adults ages 26-72. Not worried about trip costs, just about medical and possible evacuation costs for a vigorous 10 day hiking trip in the UK. No one had so much as a sniffle or bump on the knee, so never had to use the coverage.
This seemed the best price for what we wanted, but prices in the industry have gone up from prior trips.

We have no reason to file a claim; our travel went very smoothly. So I can’t rate you claims-paying processes.

I had no travel issues so I did not need to file a claim. Compared to other travel plans, the cost of this plan is very reasonable for the benefits it provides. I would use again.
