I had an accident, a fall in which I broke my wrist in 2 places. Once we contacted C&F they called me constantly to check on me. I had to leave our trip early and they arranged for transportation to and from the airport and on a day's notice booked us new airfare from Europe to the US. We did not pay for any of this. I highly recommend C&F.

Good price and clear buying process. We purchased it for the cancel for any reason coverage since the resort was non refundable. Our trip went smoothly and we did not need to use the insurance.
