Your company is a rip off! My trip was canceled and you refused to give me a refund saying that I had not met requirements for losing my job you. You advised that since I had not lost my job within the 30 days before my trip that I was not entitled to a refund. Such a rip off. If I had lost my job within 39 days of the trip the trip would have been paid for completely! Your other requirement that a person be on the job for 3 years is also bogus. What difference does it make if I was on my job 3 years or 3 days? If I list my job I lost it! I have recommended people in all my travel groups avoid your company at all cost. I told my story so hopefully you are losing business. I will keep telling the people about you scam!

I didn't need to file a claim on this trip but having trip insurance gave me peace of mind. It turns out that three people in my tour group who needed wheelchair assistance at the Frankfurt airport (for the return flight to the U.S.) missed the flight through no fault of their own. Thinking trip interruption would have covered the mess up caused by Frankfurt airport personnel.

I bought this plan because when I made my airline reservations I wasn't completely sure that I would be able to go, so I bought the "cancel for any reason" coverage. I also found peace of mind knowing that I would have coverage for any health emergencies. It was worth the money I paid.

Plan appeared to provide good coverage at a reasonable cost. Filed a claim for a travel delay outbound to our cruise and while it was fully paid, it took 2 months for the process to be completed. Make sure you document EVERYTHING and submit it all.
