It's tough to know just how good an insurance plan is when you haven't had to make a claim. The peace of mind is good, and I've felt for years that the Nationwide Choice Cruise plan has a very good level of coverage in the event of a significant emergency while out of the country, including emergency evacuation and medical coverage, while also maintaining a reasonable price tag.
We have been fortunate enough to not have to file a claim, but I feel reasonably confident that we'd be covered if we did, and we will buy this plan again for future cruises.

We purchased the plan because we were traveling with small children and I was afraid they might get sick before our trip. But, my mother in law became very ill and we were afraid to leave town. She ended up passing away on Nov. 14. We will replan our trip to outer banks in the spring. I will definitely purchase insurance through your company. That reassurance is comforting in today’s world. While the purchasing phase of the policy went fairly smoothly, an insurance company's policy coverage performance can't be fully evaluated unless a claim is filed.
