How Our Reviews Work

We accept reviews only from customers who have bought the plans we sell. Here's how reviews appear on our website:

When they return from their trip, a customer receives an email inviting them to submit a review.
The review is read by our Customer Care staff, to make sure it is appropriate and helpful for other customers. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. We publish all helpful reviews, whether they are are favorable or not.
The review appears on our site usually within 48 hours.
Other customers, insurance providers, or our Customer Care staff may comment on reviews.

Each review has an average rating, based on the Coverage, Cost, Claims, and Satisfaction ratings submitted by the reviewer. Our plan and provider average ratings often are above the midpoint. Here's why:

We perform the same analysis with every plan, making sure to sell only plans that provide good value to our customers.
We design our website and customer service experiences so that customers make better purchases and feel better about their purchases.

Please be aware that by submitting your review and comments, you grant to IMT and its affiliates and subsidiaries a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, assignable, transferable and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, publish, publicly display and create derivative works from your review and comments.

While IMT abides by its strict privacy policy, it is essential that you understand that your review WILL NOT be deemed confidential. While your full name, address and/or email contact will not be posted publicly, by submitting a review, you agree that:

IMT will not share any personal identification information for any review with insurance providers.
We will not publish overly identifying information with your review.
We will never share your email address with any other company, except with an insurance provider when you purchase a claim or need assistance with a plan you purchased.
To the best of our ability, we will maintain the integrity of our reviews content so that they are accurate, fair, and useful.

We reserve the right to edit or remove reviews or comments for the following reasons:

The review or comment is not helpful for other customers. "It stinks, don't buy it" on its own is not a helpful review.
Information in the review or comment is factually incorrect.
Your review or comment contains illegal, obscene, threatening, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive language.
Your review or comment is infringing of intellectual property rights of IMT or others.
Your review is libelous, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise injurious to IMT or third parties.
Your review or comment is found to contain software viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs.
Your review involves political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam."
