It simply felt good to know that my wife and I had coverage and didn’t have to worry about it. We didn’t have to use it, so I can’t comment on any aspects of that.

We have purchased GeoBlue travel insurance for many trips, but have never had to file a medical claim until recently. I became ill during a cruise and needed medical attention. I submitted a claim to GeoBlue and it was promptly processed. I received a payout in accordance to the terms of my policy. There was no complexity, drama, disputes, etc. I Highly recommend GeoBlue and will continue to use them.

My only complaint is that if I’d had a trip delay (whether mechanical, weather, or something else) they did not include any coverage, leaving a big potential gap.

Uneventful trip of 28 days. Did not need the service so have no idea IF it would have forked out. I just felt better thinking that perhaps I was covered medically out of the US.
