I can’t really provide a real opinion. I’ve purchased travel insurance before and, when I wanted to file a claim, it was “not covered.” “Specialists” I spoke with and wrote to were always “very sorry.” Don’t have a lot of faith in any insurance company but don’t dare go without it.
Also won’t be surprised if this “review” never makes it to a place it will be read by other insurance shoppers.

Ever since purchasing travel insurance through this company, I am now bombarded everyday by companies trying to sell health insurance plans.

Perhaps they sell contact information to other companies. If they do, please be aware.

Very easy to purchase. Website explains coverage options clearly and simply. Fortunately we did not need to use our coverage, but it certainly made us feel more secure knowing we had it if needed. We will certainly use GeoBlue again on future trips.

I signed up to go to Australia but when there I looked for a doctor and your app said that you had none there. Then I checked for a hospital and same answer. Why have an app the find somewhere to get help when you have none. Australia is not an undeveloped country! Be more transparent when you are selling something!!

    We have contracted providers, including hospitals, in Australia.

    You may use your geobluetravelinsurance.com site registration or the GeoBlue mobile app to search for contracted providers by international city.

    If a member visits a non-contracted provider outside the U.S., their benefit/coverage level for the treatment does not change. The incentive to seeing a contracted provider while overseas is the ability to set up a Guarantee of Payment from GeoBlue. A GOP is a letter to the provider that shows them GeoBlue will pay directly. In this way, a member can avoid paying out of pocket for covered services and submitting a claim for reimbursement.
