We insure multiple trips per year. This plan was the best coverage in this price range and we will use it again.

Prices have increased since my last trip, but it reflected the coverage we needed for the parameters of the itinerary.

We were impressed with the coverage and the cost. It would have cost literally twice as much to insure through the cruise line. The coverage was comparable to other more expensive plans. The agent I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful.

Thankfully we did not need the coverage. That said, the peace of mind it provides is priceless. We are on a Medicare Advantage plan and would not have had medical coverage out of state. Great product and great service. We will certainly use this on our next cruise.

Any insurance is great as long as there are no claims. Reviews and ratings matter only on how claims are handled and processed. So far I have been fortunate that I didn't need to file a claim.

Although circumstances caused interruptions to our plans, we did not have to file a claim. However, the peace of mind the policy provided was totally worth the cost.

I didn’t need to use it which was perfect but it gave me peace of mind.

I did have a medical issue on board the cruise ship but paid out of pocket for medication as it was a small amount. I felt secure having coverage even though we didn’t need to use it.
