Appears to be OK. I have used this plan for travel many times, but fortunately, have never had to file a claim - this is only when you find out the value of the plan for certain.

Fortunately, we had no need to file a claim. The process to purchase was hassle free and we would consider purchasing coverage if needed in the future,

I did not have to use it but if offered piece of mind for medical coverage outside USA

second time, we used this plan, gave us security and peace of mind, will used it again

Seemed a great plan for the money but of course didn't claim on it so that would be the full test to whether it was a great plan or not.

Would use them again.

The sales representative was very helpful and had a lot of patience when answering my questions and helping pick the right plan.
Luckily, I didn't have to use it but, will purchase it again in the future.

The plan gave me a level of comfort knowing I had coverage, or at least purchased coverage. However, while being in Japan I began to realize that it would not be very easy to go to a suggested provider of services in the event I needed it. Almost all transportation in Japan is by bus, train, etc. I have no idea about the cost of a taxi. I actually didn't even see one. My only point is be aware that getting to a provider will not be as easy as it might seem which means you may (or may not) be responsible for the costs anyway.

Peace of mind at a reasonable cost.

I wrote an email to the company through its website indicating that I had GI problems and might need assistance. It took 3 days for the company to respond.

We felt more secure having coverage on our 7 week trip to New Zealand and Australia. Thankfully we didn’t need to use it.
