Being that I did not need to utilize the insurance it is hard to rate. The buying process was clear and reasonable.

Of course since I didn’t need it the price seemed outrageous. But I’ve reached an age that anything can happen. So I guess I’m glad that I had it. I hope that what I paid for would have covered the cost of my two photo trips. Glad I came home safely.

We didn't go on the cruise because my wife had to have a knee replacement at that time.

No claim made on this trip, but I went with AXA because I did have to make a small claim on a previous trip insured by AXA and there was no hassle when I made that minor claim.

I was lucky enough not to have to use the plan so I cannot comment on whether or not it was good when it came time to collecting payment.

Easy process to apply. Did not need to use the insurance for this trip but will use them again for a future trip.

It is hard to review as we had no claims so didn't need to use the plan.

Thankfully we didn’t need any service but we were glad to have coverage on our trip!
