The only way I would know if this was a good plan is if I had to use it. I did not, thankfully. I can't rate customer service since I never contacted them other than to buy it.

Though my vacations keep getting cancelled, I am completely satisfied with the purchase procedure and coverage available with my yearly plan. It's more than nice to know that no matter when I'm traveling, I have the coverage I need.
