Had a wonderful trip to Scotland and Ireland. Fortunately didn't need to file any claims but felt secure having the protection while abroad

Luckily, I had no need to use the coverage but your survey wouldn't let me complete until I filled in the stars. Suggestion might be to put in a NA star. I did appreciate the email before our trip reminding us of our coverage. It was helpful to have a reminder of what to bring with us for verification of coverage and how to use the coverage. Since it is an annual coverage, I will notify the company of any new travel plans. Thanks,

Fortunately, as with so many reviewers, we did not have to file a claim on this trip. However, with other international trips coming up this year and no medical coverage abroad from our Medicare Supplemental, this seemed like a wise choice. The agent was very helpful and friendly as well.

I did not need to use it but it gave me peace of mind to know I had it.

Bought the plan for our first trip this year. No need to use it but glad we have peace of mind as we have 4 more international trips scheduled.

It's easy to view the coverage positively, because we didn't have a claim. But it felt good to know that we were covered, and will have travel coverage for the next year.

I purchased a supplemental policy for medical coverage for an entire year of travel. Luckily I did not have any reason to use it on this recent trip.

Because I had some short term oddities going on, having this insurance policy was extremely valuable for my peace of mind.

Didnt use it, but price was reasonable for the coverage offered.
