I felt fine, so there was no experience.

Unfortunately, my husband had emergency surgery two days before departure, and we had to cancel our trip. I was pleased to find the premium refund was processed immediately after I advised you of our problems.

We are pleased with the coverage and price point. Thankfully we did not have to make a claim, despite 25 days in rough territory in India. Our policy will still be ongoing in November when we travel in Africa. The premium for the year is definitely less than it would be if we insured both trips separately.

Needed travel insurance coverage for any trip emergency.

The best part of the plan was I didn't use it. No problems on the trip. Comforting & good practice to have it.
