The policy is the cheapest and provided the coverage needed. But be prepared to wait when claiming against the policy. I claimed from the policy for expenses resulting from a flight delay. The amount was a small reimbursement for meals and it took 2 months to be processed and paid.

The Berkshire Hathaway travel insurance was very reasonably priced and assured me the coverage I needed to protect my expenses related to my trip. The last trip I took resulted in cancelled flights, missed connections and lost luggage. Have the BH travel insurance gave me peace of mind at a very good price.

Tremendous piece of mind going into a long and expensive trip through Europe. I purchased last minute and had no issues with signing up. Luckily we didn't need to file a claim, but I was happy to have this in my back pocket.
