It was good to be able to purchase a medical evacuation policy without the necessity of buying more than I needed. I am willing to risk the cost of the trip, but fear being stuck in a hospital with a language barrier.

I didn't file a claim, but the peace of mind was worth the price, especially when traveling to Zimbabwe.

I am thankful I did not need to use the plan...but felt more comfortable throughout my trip, knowing I had the MedjetAssist Short Term plan.

Although we did not utilize Medjet Assist services during our trip, we did require medical assistance at a local hospital. The hospital’s facilities and staff marginally met our needs; “to patch us up” until we returned home in two days. This experience was an eye opener and mere fact of knowing that we had Medjet service available provides a tremendous relief.

Don't have any experience with the plan, and don't want any. I just feel great that the benefits are there if we should ever need them

My daughter planned a remote trip to the deepest jungles in a foreign country that required this type of insurance. I sent an email to schedule a time to go over the policy and "CHRIS" called me right on time. It was quick, not at all expensive like I expected and he was very kind. Knowing what I learned I would purchase this insurance even for countries that do not require it. I wouldn't dream of traveling abroad without this type of coverage. The best part was this company sent emails the whole time she traveled keeping up constant communication with us.

This was my first purchase. We had no need to use the plan while covered, so I am unable to speak to how MedJet performs beyond the initial purchase. It gave me tremendous peace of mind while my teenager was in a third world country without his parents.
