We filed no claims against our coverage, however, it was reassuring to know throughout our travels that we did have health insurance available to us should the unexpected need for medical care arise.

Don't leave home without it!

I'm grateful that I didn't need to file a claim. My husband has several health issues and having this insurance gives us peace of mind when we travel.

Fortunately we did not need to utilize the coverage provided by the plan for this trip.

We were so fortunate that the trip went well and we didn't need to file a claim. So there is no way I can comment on my satisfaction of the coverage. Obviously, the most meaningful input about a company and the coverage is how the company responded in a time of need -- did they make it difficult to get help or did they react with immediate assistance? Did we receive the help we needed when away in a foreign country for medical treatment or evacuation or whatever was needed or did they throw out obstacles and hoops to jump through? All I can say is that I think and hope the coverage I thought I bought would have been there if it had been needed.

The system requires me to rate my satisfaction with the plan. The plan said it provided the coverage we wanted and like all insurance we bought it in case we had a problem. However, because we did not make a claim under the plan I don’t know how well it would have handled a claim.

Fortunately we did not need to use the insurance on our trip. Due to the reasonable price and good coverage, we will definitely purchase insurance from you for our next big vacation.
