PROPERTY DAMAGE

The Company will reimburse You, up to the Maximum Benefit shown on the Schedule of Benefits, for direct physical damage to Covered Real or Personal Property within the unit You occupy while on Your Trip due to Your or Your Traveling Companion‘s inadvertent acts or omissions. The Maximum Benefit is the aggregate amount payable under this benefit for all Losses sustained by You and all Traveling Companions.

Covered Real or Personal Property is defined as:

1. the alterations, appliances, fixtures and improvements that are part of the building contained within the unit You are registered in; and
2. items of real property that pertain exclusively to the unit You are registered in.

You must report any and all damage to the unit and/or its contents to the Property Management Company staff by Your scheduled check-out date.
