I made a mistake on my travel dates, which I did not realize until close to leaving. Both InsureMyTrip and John Hancock Insurance Agency were very helpful in rectifying this mistake. Fortunately, I did not need to file a claim.

I bought this policy in case of unforeseen illness or death of an elderly in-law. Luckily, I didn't need to file a claim. All in all, this coverage appears to be the best of the insurance plans for me and my partner. I liked that they contacted me via e-mail just prior to my trip.

I felt the John Hancock name was the best fit for me. I was confident if I needed to cancel my trip, they would honor the contract. I will definitely use them again for any upcoming trips.
