I did not need to request any coverage items. It was a policy that gave me the assurance that I will have the coverage should I need.

So. I cannot vouch how good the policy elements were in case I needed.

Sadly, I had to cancel my trip due to an illness. When I contacted Generali, the representative explained the process which was just how things proceeded. They sent a check for a full refund in a very timely manner.
