Awful company.

They have zero customer service. Zero.

So their claim procedure, takes like 2-3 months.

Then after that, they don't even inform you the result. You have to manually login yourself to their website , which never works.

On top of all that, they also never settler their claims.

They must have a 10% settlement rate or something.

Absolutely awful. Not recommended.

The trip included a

Awful insurance company.

They have zero customer service.
Their website is awful and doesn't work.
It's even almost impossible just to register on their website and to even login.

Then the claim process is hell, and when they finally come to a conclusion for a claim, they literally don't even inform you. No message, no email, no phone call. Nothing.

Absolutely the worst of the worst.
