I tested positive for Covid before our return flight. This was over a year ago when a negative test was still required. My policy covered the additional hotel and food that and other expenses that we incurred for the subsequent week. It took quite a while to get the refund, but that didn’t bother me as long as I got it. I was very pleased with my coverage.

Had wonderful time in South Africa. Experience was much better than I expected mainly due to transportation in business class. Destinations were very hospitable and people tried their best to make trip enjoyable. Luckily did not have to file claim but getting coverage very convenient. Thank you

Out of 14 on tour, one was left behind with COVID and 2 others with an intestinal virus. Was happy to be insured in case it happened to me. Their costs to catch up with tour were high. Hoping they, too, had insurance.

We used the emergency medical assistance service. The customer service rep was very helpful, but the case manager in the foreign country failed to response to theirs/our request. So despite the state side support, we were unable to obtain a referral for the medical care we needed.
