Good service

Thankfully we did not need to use any of the services. But, it is important to know that we had the necessary health support.

I'm still not clear as how would the insurance company treat the "pre-existing conditions"

It was barely adequate coverage for the U.S. if I had needed emergency medical assistance where I could then return to my home country the amount would have been sufficient but not enough if I had to stay in the U.S. For any medical reason. I took the policy with the idea that if I had an accident or medical condition requiring emergency services, it would cover expenses until I could be transported back to Canada or a country that my private medical insurance would cover. I found the policy while reasonable in cost was insignificant in what it covered and for the amounts for any given situation.

I felt protected all the time, thankfully I have not used.

The coverage that I purchased gave me peace of mind. Fortunately, I've never had to use it, so I can't say how easy it is to use. I'd rather stay safe and healthy. But knowing that a medical emergency can be handled enables me to enjoy my vacation immensely.

I didn't use it so I don't know.

Hard to rate until you have a claim and see how it works when you really need it.

I have bought HCC insurance 10 or 15 times and had to use it once. I would not travel to the USA without it.

Having a good police that covered my needs whilst I was in the USA gave me peace of mind knowing that should anything happen, everything would be taken care of.
Because of this policy I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday
