Was not able to get refunded because I had to purchase my insurance the same time I purchased my trip which was NOT clearly stated. Very disappointed with Nationwide and will NEVER recommend to anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. Although we regret that your claim to cancel your trip because you had to work was denied, your Nationwide Mutual Choice Cruise plan does explain that this Trip Cancellation benefit only reimburses you if your cancel for work reasons if this coverage was purchased within final payment for the Trip. Your documentation showed that payment for the Trip was on January 30th, 2019 and our records indicate that the policy was purchased after that date on February 25th, 2019. Regrettably, your claim does not qualify for reimbursement if you cancel for work reasons.Jun 04,2019
