I go on 3-7 cruises a year. This is the 1st time in 20 years I've filed a claim on 2 cruises to Italy within 3 weeks almost a back to back cruise. I'll say this, its better to have travel insurance than not. However, in the event of a claim, customer service is lacking i.e. Italy train strike. Basically, find a way on your own to get to your destination and put in a claim later. 50/50 chance you'll get reimbursed some 4 months later. World Trips is not horrible just don't expect any prompt response. I'll find another insurance carrier next trip.

I was very happy with the attention to detail provided by the person who dealt with my policy. I did not file a claim but would recommend InsureMyTrip to friends.
