Thankfully, didn't need to file a claim. While in Nassau, Bahamas one of the women on our ship fell and broke her hip. And a friend that was with my group had a kidney stone attack and had to visit the ship's doctor for pain meds. Just shows that accidents and sickness happens more often than you would think.

It gave us peace of mind that in the event of illness or some unforseen problem, we could recoup our trip price if we couldn't go. In the event of an accident, our expenses would be paid. In the event of tragedy, our family would be taken care of financially.
