The reason I would not recommend is that our travel plans changed but I wanted to change my plan and was told no. No refund and to late to change without sending in lots of paperwork.

Unfortunately, your request to cancel the policy was made after the 10 day review period had expired. To prevent your premium from going unused, we offered to submit a request to transfer the policy to a new trip. In order to submit this request we do need documentation showing your original trip was cancelled or transferred and documentation confirming your new trip details.
