Did not use it so can't provide too much feedback.

I’m so glad I didn’t need to use this coverage while vacationing in Egypt, but I felt assured in case of emergency.

I thought I was going to have to file a claim because my friend who was traveling with me son passed. You rep was so compassionate and understanding. She sent me everything I needed to file the claim but told me that due to the circumstances the airline could possibly refund. I did not know this. My friend was not able to go on the trip and the airline refunded her immediately. I really appreciate your representative. She was awesome! I will use this travel insurance again. Outstanding customer service.

I would buy it again for future travel.

This policy satisfied the requirements of the tour company I was going to use. Fortunately, I did not have to make a claim, but I felt good that I would be covered if something did happen. And the price seemed comparable to similar policies. Customer service was very responsive to my questions.

Like most insurance plans, you pay for something that more than likely you wont have to use, but that's the security of knowing that you're covered if something happens :)

While I didn't have to file a claim, I did fall at the Pyramids in Egypt hurting my knee. It took several days to heal, but I was glad I had the insurance in case further medical treatment was needed.

Our trip was to Egypt in late December 2010 and early January 2011. Our trip was fantastic, with no problems, and we did not need to use any of the benefits from the insurance. But when, 10 days after we left the country, Egypt erupted in revolution, I was really, really glad we had the insurance. We could have very easily been caught up in the turmoil.
