Good quality service. Allowed us to transfer policy to another cruise after having to postpone due to Hurricane Ian. Appreciative and grateful. Would recommend and use again.

Had an injury on the ship that required medical attention on board. I was told they didn't have the equipment needed and to wait until I get home to have another test. Called Trawick to submit a claim and they stated even though the injury happened while on the ship, they would not cover any other tests once I came home. Makes no sense.
