Expensive for a 12 day trip

I want to thank you for your help and flexibility. I had the wrong dates on this plan and when I realized it I called you and you were flexible and changed my travel dates. I knew you didn't have to do it, but it was great customer service and I'll be contacting you in the future.

I always feel comfortable having purchased your basic plan but am delighted that I did not have to file a claim. Had to file a claim twice before and the claim was processed fast and I was quite satisfied.

Purchasing the plan was easy. The website was sufficiently informative and relatively easy to use. I'd purchase the plan again.

Travel insurance is expensive, but your plan was very competitively priced and was comprehensive in it's coverage. It was also easy to purchase on-line.

I was required to have trip insurance by my adventure travel company, Yours was one of the few that would insure a Kilimanjaro climb!!

Since most African safari trips include emergency evacuation insurance coverage--I would like to have had the ability to omit the evacuation portion of the coverage, while getting all the other great basics on the program selected. In order to get the important coverage I wanted, this caused me to pay for duplicate evacuation coverage.
