This was the first time we have ever needed travel insurance, after a cruise our flight was canceled and we had to drive to an alternate airport to get home, all of our expenses were covered...we are very pleased with Travelex and will purchase it again for our next trip.

they don't cover reward flights/ tickets purchased with certificates to which I cannot provide receipts. Dissapointed at this. I provided with the reservation and cancellation but they say these type of flights were not covered...that is not stated in the contract anywhere!
