We didn’t use the plan so really the questions don’t apply. That being said InsureMyTrip.com was very helpful and professional as always and the policy was certainly priced well, especially as we bought it the day of travel/last minute.

Very reasonable price and extensive coverage. Fortunately I did not have to use it but I was happy knowing I had it if I needed to file a claim!

We were fortunate not to have to file a claim so it is difficult to rate how good the plan and service are. More or less everything on paper was fine; decent coverage at a fair rate.
