They were hard to get a hold of after I had a fall and was in the emergency department. All they were required to do was send a fax to the emergency room which is what was requested, however the consultant on the phone instead decided to email and left me sitting in the emergency room for a further 3 hours because the email when to somewhere else in the hospital. I had to have friends at home ring them 5 further times in the middle of the night before the fax was received. I would not recommend this insurance company and I’m glad it wasn’t a major accident or I would have suffered.
